Does anyone know how to get a custom hatch pattern out of Revit?

We have some custom model hatches created ages ago that are in a few older projects. Unfortunately the txt files have been misplaced (or are gone). I'm trying to consolidate all our hatches into a single txt file, and I'd like to get at these old ones. Sure I could use transfer project standards to indirectly achieve what I'm after, but I'd prefer directly getting at the information. I'd like to modify a few of them.

Thanks in advance for any help.

There is no direct way to get the pattern defiintions out of Revit. Possible export to AutoCAD, then use some sort of hatch generator in AutoCAD to recreate the .PAT file?

It's not a simple one-step operation, but it can be done.

Either
Revit > HatchKit > .PAT
or
Revit > AutoCad > GETPAT > Notepad

- as described towards the end of this thread:
