Grid Lines not showing up

We have a project with a Stru. Revit file linked into an Arch. Revit file and vise versa

We are also using copy monitor on the grid lines between Revit Stru. and Revit Arch

For some reason the Architect lost the Revit Arch grid lines in plan view. They show up in elevation view but for the life of me I can't figure out how to get the Revit Arch grid lines to show back up in the plan view.

Hidden elements under the light bulb

I have even cross window selected the entire project and used the filter to see if I grabbed the gids. But nothing.

I wanted to just put them back by drawing them and it tells me I have to use a different name/number because they are already in the project.

what am I missing...

In order for a grid line to show up in plan it has to intersect the plan's associated level. You may want to check if the grid lines in elevations are crossing all of the levels.
