ACAD elevations on Revit model?

I recall seeing something about how to import *.dwg building elevations to construct a model in revit. How?

I created a workplane where I wanted to import the dwg file to, but visibility won't allow it to be seen. I don't see where to control this.

Any help?

Remember - AutoCAD drawings are typically draw laying down. Did you import to one view or all views?

just the one elevation view I'm trying to put it in.

lying down...yes.

So how do I insert it along the reference plane?

Either import to current view only - or stand it up vertically in AutoCAD.
