convert elevation

I'm converting UTM to State Plane and I was wondering if there's a way to conver the topo elevation from meters to feet?

Create a new drawing, set units to meters, set coordinate system to State Plane, query UTM drawing into new State Plane, meter drawing.

That will not move the Elevation (Z points).
