Copy Dim Styles in Design Center

As I am new to the use of Design Center in AutoCAD Lt, can anyone tell me if it is possible to Copy Dim Styles in Design Center from one drawing to another to avoid having to set them up each time, I work on drawings created by others and would like my own dim settings,

I have tried drag & drop as with blocks into the Design Pallete without success.

Refer to the Online Help Files "F1" for information on ADCenter (will explain a lot more than I can simply write here and probably a lot clearer as well).
