How to change .RPC into .RFA?

I've done searches, I've done the steps archvision mentioned. Revit will still not recognize the .rpc content I got from Archvision as families. How is this done?

You open an existing rpc family(save as) and repoint it (in the family properties) to your new rpc content. You may also have to make sure your library paths are pointing to the location you are storing your rpc content in.
