Scheduling weight and cost of materials

Haven't quite got a grip on this especially formatting the units in the formula. I am trying to schedule the weight of steel columns and framing then the cost per piece (labor & markup)
I keep getting inconsistent units error.

What would the formula look like?

Unit cost per foot of weight x length of piece x labor rate x markup = total cost

you are going to have to divid the length by I believe 1' to cancel out the length aspect, or it will give you a mis-matched units error. You may have to do the same for weight/ft as well, not sure.
