When rendering we have gray as a background in the view. Can we change this to white so do not show? Thanks

Depends on what version of Revit you use.
2009 changed render engines to mental ray.
Previous versions use AR3

2009 default is a blue gradated sky without options for image backgrounds.
Previous versions allow you to change background color/image to your liking. I don't have a previous version on my desktop to reference, but if you are able to set your background color setting to gray, you should be able to set to white. Otherwise, you will need to pick some outlandish color (ie. green screen), then open in photoshop and delete background.

Export it to a TIF or a PNG, it removes the background.

When you go into the rendering dialog box, you can choose a color, instead of the gray it normally renders with. I usually set mine to white, if I am not using a sky or anything. see the attached file.
