Elipse/Oval Walls

Why Oh Why is the elipse tool not available when drawing walls? : |

I thought a work around would be to use ref lines and then 'pick' the shape... But it won't allow it! Draw a straight ref line and its fine... draw an elipse and you're screwed...

Anyone found another way?!

Draw a mass and create the walls by picking it's faces...
