The interior has some rooms defined and the architech has some room defined and my electrical model is confused.

1. I tried to create an equipment schedule with the room name associated with the location where I drop the equipment, but it doesn't pick up all of the room names. I think it picks up one one of the model. Is there a way to fix this?

2. The arch & interior have 2 overlap room names and my electrical model picks up the interior room names which happen to be the incorrect names. Is there a way to control which room names the model should read?

2. Arch can not have overlaps and there is no way to tell revit which link to get them from. I would explaine that to your arch.

That can be quite an issue: What about projects where the core & shell are done by one architect and the tenant improvement is done by another architect?

(Pondering: So the TI architect needs to receive the C&S model from the other architect and modify it directly to add the TI as a new phase. Of course, we are all drinking heavily hoping the C&S model is complete and no longer being modified.)

We have a project that is very similar. The c&s and the interior are both links. The key is to make sure that none of the arch "rooms" do not overlap.

In our office we would probably delete the rooms from the C & S model before linking it in. That way our spaces would pull names from the TI.
