ACAD details linked into Revit structure how to bind them

All of our details are linked into Revit, when we send the Architect our BIM model they are not seeing our linked details, how can I send the BIM model with details without breaking my link from the details just in case I revise them.

You will have to send the CAD details (the files) along with your BIM model. If you create a ZIP file keeping the folder structure where the linked files are, they will open your model and the files will show fine. If not, they will have to go to Manage Links and Reload From to select the new path.

Under File > Manage Links.

In the dialog box you can click on the linked Dwg's and click on "Import"

This will bind all the DWG files to your Revit Model.
