64-bit and 32-bit on workset enabled project

Has anyone had any experience with having both 32-bit and 64-bit installs manipulating data in a central file? Any issues I should be aware of before making the switch?

We have a couple users still utilizing 32 bit, and we have not noticed any conflicts resulting from sharing a model with 64 bit users.

The only issue I am aware of is if your model gets too big only the 64-bit installation will handle it.

We frequently use worksharing with both 32 and 64bit, and have´nt had any problems doing that.
