Revit Ceiling Plan Trouble

I set up a revit model with several levels but now when I want to edit the ceiling plan on the first level Revit wont activate the view. I can go into the ceiling plans for the other levels but not the lowest level. Anyone else have this issue and how to solve it?

Try creating a new view level 1 for RCP. If the view you are having problems is there, delete it. Then go to View tab and select Ceiling Plan. You will have a list of levels that haven't ceiling plans already created. \you can select your level 1 from there.
