Export to 3ds Max

I am trying to export my Revit model to max and I'm having a little trouble. I am going to a 3d view (I've tried both camera and the standard 3d view from the menu bar) then

FILE / EXPORT / 3DS MAX (FBX)...

My problem is the the 3ds max (FBX)... is grayed out and I am not getting the option to select it. Is there a step that I am missing?

If it's greyed out. Make sure you've picked in the window and don't have the View Name still highlighted/selected in the Project Browser.

Thank you for the suggestion, I am still not given the option to export to max. Is there an FBX extention that I need to have loaded for this application?
