Ceiling Tag

I noticed that the spot elevation tag works for ceilings as well. Does anyone use it or do you use the ceiling tag?

I most definitely use it!
A majority of our ceilings are in fact Roof Elements, to which the ceiling tags wont work. We have standardized this to spot dims, so that it works on both instances.
