I've been looking high and low for training aimed at IT Staff/Administration for Revit/ADT. I'm not looking so much to learn how to use revit as I am wanting to learn how to maintain and support my users.

does anyone know of anywhere offering this?

Your VAR (reseller) ought to be able to provide some form of this training, or at least insight on what you need to know. When our office got Revit Structure and Revit MEP training, there was a portion of the training that was set aside specifically for CAD Managers who were charged with supporting the software. As a result, this training went into more detail as to how to setup and manage the software, as well as the models and families. A lot of what you need to know comes down to best practices and learning what works and what doesn't. In that regard, these forums coupled with Autodesk's White Papers are probably your best resource short of what your reseller can provide you.

Good luck, you'll need it...supporting Revit users and the best practices of doing so is a moving target because so much of it is still being learned by all of us.
