need self updating grids

I frequently have to add grid lines with their appropriate northing and easting co-ordinates to maps that we generate in AutoCAD, I am seeking a way to insert a grid template with numbers that say E,00000 going one way and N,00000 going the other, what I need is a way to have the 00000 on each one update itself to whatever its real east or north is.
I would appreciate it if someone could please help me?

You could try using Fields that extracts the coordinate values from a point, see attached. After you move the grid, points, text and fields, you'll need to regen to update.
