Hi there,
I have a dilemma which many of my Augi friends may have encountered. I have placed a view on a sheet and rotated it 90 degrees clockwise. Unfortunately the view title also rotates with this which is not the intent. How do I get the view title to remain in its original configuration while the view can be rotated to fit within a sheet? Please see attached thumbnail...
Thank you in advance!

If you turn on the crop region of the view, you can rotate it. Just select the crop box and rotate it exactly 90 degrees. (Think of it like a picture frame.)

You do have to make sure the view properties say "Project North" and not "True North", though.
...or else the crop region may not be rotate-able.

It worked! Thanks a bunch Andrew and Brockway... may I add another level of difficulty? How about if we apply scope boxes defining areas? We rotated the view without applying the scope box, but once we do, the view rotated back... pls advice..

To control the rotation of views which are associated to scope boxes, you must rotate/adjust the scope box itself. Adjusting/rotating the views in which the scope box itself is visible will not affect the views associated with the scope box if the scope box was created prior to rotating the view.
However, if you rotate the view and then create the Scope Box within the rotated view, it will automatically assume the rotation. Even though "Scope Box" is in the drafting tab, it should really be thought of as a model element.
