Do the roof(s) as an extrusion instead of footprint. If it buts up to another roof use "join geometry" to get rid of the join line where they meet.
or.....
Do it as a footprint, pick the line in sketch mode that is higher, go to its properties and change the plate offset from base.
Or....
do it as one rectangular footprint, and use the "opening" function in the modelling tab to cut a chunk out where it is higher - or just draw it that way and make the slope defining the furthest out lines.
I think there is a tutorial on complex roofs, that should cover that type of roof? have a quick scan over it I am sure they do it in there. Hope you get it worked out :)
