Shared CUI in Multiple Profiles

Is it possible to assign different parials (.mns) files to the same .cui file?

I'm trying to create 2 different profiles using the same ACAD.CUI file. I have separate (partials) .mns files that I would like to load for each profile. For example, Profile1 will load the ACAD.CUI plus the menu1.mns file. Profile2 will load the same ACAD.CUI file but load menu2.mns file. This seems to work except when I restart the system, only one profile works, the second will point to the other's .mns file?

Maybe setting the partial to be the Enterprise CUI instead will work. In option under the Files tab there is an option called Customization Files. Expand this out you will see Main Customization File that can be the ACAD.cui, and Enterprise Customization File that can be set to one of your CUI files. Then make a different profile and set Enterprise Customization File to the other CUI file.

No, you cannot. The CUI will store the partial CUI files attached. And swapping partial CUI files in and out is a recipe for heartburn.

Rather, you would want either a unique host CUI for each profile to store the correct partial CUI files (including Acad.cui) or load all CUI files and use workspaces to control the visible UI elements.
