When Making components.....what is the best to use?
Ref. Plane or Ref Line?

Unless you want them changing parameters that control angles (like making a door panel to open to a certain angle, for instance) reference planes is the way to go. If you need parameters controling angles, then use reference lines and lock your elements to it.
