Setting the DimScale w/out the Override

I have done the search but I still can't find what I'm after....

I want to set my Dim scale without having to override. Do I have to "Build" a Dim style from scratch ?

I can right-click on my <style override> and choose to "Save to Current Style".

This is what I am after. Via code.

Thisdrawing.ActiveDimStyle.CopyFrom Thisdrawing.Application.ActiveDocument

this will update the Active Dimstyle with all the override setting
same as right-click on my <style override> and choose to "Save to Current Style".
