smaller bounding box on text

the bounding box on text seems very large
and when a lot of text is close to each other
or close to other objects
it is hard to select
can it be set to be a lot smaller or even just to edge of the text

crankiness is a virtue

Sorry, can't change the size of the box, or the background if it's set to opaque.

Can't tell ya... but I've lived with it for nearly 5 years now. I just deal with it.

It's just one of so many small but awfuly anoying things in Revit.

But hey, after so many years of having to put up with it, instead of fixing at least some of these little buggers, factory will give us a totaly useless new tool ribbon soon! Isn't it lovely?
