OOTB street light fixtures

Anyone having trouble with rendering using the OOTB street light fixtures? I can't seem to get any light out of these things. These are the ones that came with Revit 2009.

Hey there,
I use them and they seem to be fine. The only thing I have noticed is that I can't get the light to shine on the pole itself. If I want that to look correct, I add a studio light.
(attached image with a 4 head parking lot light and a studio light set in the middle of the pole, just below the fixture heads)

That's not really showing the light from the fixtures on the ground.

I got them to work, but I had to double the lumens to 20,000 to get any noticeable light on the ground.

Yeah, I have had to bump up the levels too depending on how high the poles are.
