Default leader arrowhead for "home-grown" content

I've got a simple circle callout bubble that I've created. When I add a leader to it, it defaults to NONE for the arrowhead. Is there a place to set this as the default? Some place that I may have overlooked?

All annotations load with NONE for the leader arrowhead. You should load it into your template and set the arrowhead there, and then it will be there for new projects. Also any subsequent duplicated types of that annotation will also have whatever arrowhead you set.
