Currently in Autocad we have a Detail callout we use A LOT where its just a callout with an arrow pointing to an object, well we are trying to recreate said callout -see attachment,
is there any way to do this? and make it intellegent?

What do you mean by "active?" If you mean that you want to be able to double click on the call-out and have it take you to the detail view, then you'll have to use Revit's callout function. You might be able to modify the call-out head to make it look a bit more like what you want.
Otherwise, you could use keynotes or tags to "callout" the detail, but it won't be live. Tags can be made to read parameters of whatever you are tagging... so that could be "intelligent," to whatever extent the actual detail component is intelligent. Keynotes would probably be the least useful in this case.

You can create it however your leader arrows will not behave the way you may want it to.
You can create the Box and labels but it will not be a live Reference....you will have to enter it manually though......I may be wrong, haven;t tried that before.....
Hope someones comes up with a solution soon
