Good day ladies and gents.
I am trying to modify a view title, I think it is called... You know the title that comes in with the view on the title border sheet as you drop in the view...
Anyway, how do you modify the line weight on the bubble??? I can modify the line weight on the line in the project file but I can seem to find how to modify the line weight for view lines...
I hope that make sense
Thanks

Edit the Type Properties of the Viewport.

no, that is not it...
That changes the line attached to the bubble but not the bubble... I need to change the bubble as well as the line.
Thanks

It's an annotation family "View Title". It has to be edited in the family editor. You could create a new one to your own specs and use that one instead of the default one that comes with Revit.

I have already tried to edit the family but there is not an option to modify line thickness in the view annotation family that I can find.
Have you or anyone else tried or accomplished what I am asking? If so Please explain in detail so I can do the same. Or at least you will see what I am talking about.
Thanks

Just to be clear, I am talking about "View Titles"
View Title w Sheet-Ref Sheet.
There is no place that I can find to edit line weights

In the family editor, go to:
Settings - Object Styles
The default line being used for that particular family is called "View Titles", you can change the Line Weight Projection there, or you can create a new subcategory with a new line type. The line weight does not appear to be changing in the family, perhaps once inserted into the project it will show the thickness. The other parameters work though, the color and line pattern.
Although, if there is the same category in the project, with the same name, I believe it overrides what you define in the family, unless you create a new subcategory line type (one not present in the project) under view titles. In your project, under the same Settings - Object Styles - Annotation Objects, you will find "View Titles" on the list. If you change the Line Weight Projection there, it should change the line weight of all families that use that category in the project. If you just want to change that bubble in particular, then a new line type (or rather object style) should be created for that purpose in the family as a subcategory of view titles so it only affects that object.
Hope that helps.
