Help doing the 2009 revit architural tutorials

Hi im having problem doing these two steps


1) Click File menu Keynoting, and under Keynote Table, for Full Path, click Browse.

Cant find Keynoting under File

And Cant find the file required for the below step can some1 post it for me

In the left pane of the Open dialog, click Training Files, and open Common\Express Workshop\Detailing\c_express_workshop_RevitKeynotes_Imperial_2004.txt.

The file is too big to post here. It sounds like you might not have the most current training files. here is the link to the tutorials:
