Door Swing in Elevation

I am still working on getting the details in place for my door styles before I start going crazy making them but here is where I am stuck now. When I set the swing elevation to a color/linetype (red/center2) it looks correct when I look at the door in elevation but when I generate the elevation (with the elevation/section line) it comes out white (bylayer) and continuous. Actually any polyline I have generates white (bylayer) and continuous, including the door swing.

Attached is a PDF of a few styles I have created. The EXT-6PNL has the swing shown and you can see what I am talking about.

Any suggestions?

Components in elevation views are controlled by the elevation style. I don't have Autocad open now, but you can go into the help menu for guidance.

I figure it's some elevation style issue but cannot figure out what controls that option. The help file doesn't address this question exactly.

Any more direction would be appreciated?
