croping a drafting view

Nope, you can't do it. The theory was that if you were drawing in a drafting view, there was no reason to crop what you were manually drafting. Now that AutoCAD info is linked into drafting views, it can become an issue. I guess they expect us to modify the AutoCAD drawing to the correct size prior to bringing it in. Maybe they should rethink drafting views.
