Metal Rigid Frame

This is RAC 2008. Does anybody have a metal rigid frame structure family that would like to share?... I 'd really appreciate it.

i have modeled them them in elevation before making the web out of one generic model and then the flanges out of another (then grouped) and copied.....they worked fine when copied they seem to sort of shred themselves when mirrored (by shedding they seperated a bit, the web and flange)

Thanks again Cliff, but I could not open it up, seems like you created the family in RAC 2009 and I use RAC 2008. Could you at least give me some ideas of how to create the family, I imagine I would have to play with the sweep and blend forms.
