Revit won't start

This is new - this is what I get when I try to start from icon or revit.exe in explorer.

I am thinking I have to remove Rvt totally & reinstall?

We had this a couple of weeks ago, first time out of 30+ licenses in four years - but we did a repair by inserting the DVD, not a full uninstall/reinstall. Although that could be the final answer for you.

Whatever - I'm in the middle of defragging my HD after uninstalling. I really like how Windows is so very clear & informative in it's error messaging.
