glass exterior rendering

How do I make my curtain walls look like glass on an exterior rendering? I am aware of daylight portals for interior rendering, but somehow I don't have that choice for exterior renderings? My curtain walls look opaque (like a solid wall) everytime I render.
I have attached a sample render of what I'm talking about.

Any help will be appreciated.

I would say most likely your material is not set to the correct glazing material. I would double check that and re render it to see what it looks like.

Thanks. I started toying with the materials. As a noob, this is my first time tinkering with it and hopefully I could figure it out.
Will post a rendered image of the same view when I'm done.
