Model Lines vs Detail Lines

Is there a way to convert Model Lines to Detail Lines without redrawng?

Model lines to Detail lines:
- Select the model lines and cut to clipboard (CTRL X)
- Start a new filled region, go to Edit > Paste Aligned > Current view, to paste the lines you just cut to clipboard.
- Select the lines you just pasted and cut to clipboard.
- Leave and ignore the filled region sketch
- Go to Edit > Paste Aligned > Current view. The lines will now be pasted as detail lines.

Detail Lines to Model Lines:
Do the same as above but instead of using the filled region sketch, use a floor sketch. The final result will be model lines.
