Saving Lighting Evironment

Is there a way to save as a "scene" or named view or visual style a certain cvombination of lights that are on or off? I have several lights in my "scene" and wish to have some on and some off for one rendering, and others on and off for another rendering. Can I save these "lighting states" somehow?
