What are these files for?

PanelSchedule.xslt
PressureLoss.xslt
Constructions.xml
WireSizes.xml

How/where are they used? Or are they signs of future functionality?

Interestingly, I didn't find the 'Content.rcl' file in the 'Program' folder as mentioned in the 'Quick Tips - for Downloading' by Leonid Raiz in the forum.
