Doing a small residential remodel. Can't figure out why 1. structural footings discontinue under doorways. Makes no sense. Is there an easy way to change this? 2. When adding structural footings under walls, (by selecting walls), a 12" wide footing adds flush to the inside of all walls. I need to offset the footing to either be flush on the outside of walls or a couple inches beyond.
Thanks All

I used structural footings for about 5 min and tossed em. Instead, add a SWEEP to the wall type.

Those settings are available I believe in the Type parameters of the footings. When you say they discontinue under doors, is there a portion of foundation wall below the Door? Strip footings are designed to attach to the bottom of walls.
