Open File Dialog Box

I was trying to import a 3ds file and my ADT 3.3 crashed. I started the program again and I do not get the open dialog box. I tried saving and import and those dialog boxes also do not show. Does anybody know how to fix this?

turn your CMDDIA and FILEDIA back on (set to 1)
