Materials in family editor (rfa)

How all of the materials arn't avaiable when you create a family? Thanks.

Try this
In the family editor;
> File>Transfer Project Standards> select "Materials" only > choose project to copy from.

If ALL of the materials are in the family they will load inot the project when the family is used. If the naming is not exactly the same in every family you may end up with lots of duplicate materilas in your project. Another potential issue is someone making a change to a material in a family and then loading it inot the project. the material in the project will get updated.
