I have noticed several times that when I add a tool to the Quick Access Toolbar (QAT) that sometimes one or more of the tools I add don't "stick". I added the Swap Windows button at least twice yesterday, and the Measure tool at least once. Today I had to add the Measure tool again.
Also, when I started a family or conceptual mass, NONE of the tools I added show up anymore. What is this?? Is the QAT specific to each file type you're working on?
