View Full Version : Licensing issue w/ Revit 7

I'm not sure if I screwed up on this one.
Installed R7 and tried to register it.

I was informed by e-mail tha the S/N applies to 6.1 only and does not unlock version 7.
I called a live operator and was told that licenses are not available to run release 7.

I then spent an hour reverting back to 6.1.

Do I have to wait till I get the CD before I can get an authorization code?

yes, you won't get a auth code until you get the cd.

HOWEVER! Revit runs free and unrestricted until that time (60 days) NO auth code needed.

Trial mode is fully functional. To get there click 'Register...' from the Product Licensing dialog and then 'Run this Product' on the following screen.

some time in December, but definitely before the 60 days are up. ;)
