Shade and a Pattern Combined

Hi Guys,
How are you achieving this?....eg. A Shaded 4x8 Panel. We see Horiz. and Vert. Lines but it is shaded as well....
Filled region?. Please no....any other?....

I assume what you are after is a "solid fill" beneath a "hatched" fill pattern...? In elevation view..?

I do not think that is possible in HL mode... I am not sure if there are any tricks out there...

Can you achieve what you are after in a Shaded w/ Edges mode..??
