Place all the tools you want
Organize them on a sheet of paper
Delete them all and place them in the order you want them.
It would be nice if you could drag them.

Thanks for reply. Don't quite understand, are we both talking "quick access bar"? I will have a play with it.
Now I'm getting use to the new UI I am beginning to like it. Do like the "quick access bar" but seems to fall down with no flexibility ie; not being able to resize (its way to small on 24" and 30" screens) and not being able to rearrange tool order by dragging.

I haven't seen this behavior but apparently the QAT can now change (http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/ps/item?siteID=123112&id=13126340&linkID=9243099) depending on the editing environment you're in.

Can you only add ribbon buttons?
I want print on the QAT, and saveas....they don't appear on any ribbon, so I can't add them

+1
Ribbons will continue to get bashed if people neglect the QAT because of this major shortcoming. Needs fixing in the next update or release.
