Trane is not very transparent. See the note below.
Trane will release the first set of BIM objects (Revit & Bentley compatible) at the end of [May 2009]. However, you will have to go through a Trane Sales Engineer to get them. The reason for this is the files will include information specific to the product based on the selection made from our selection program, TOPSS. As of now, I do not know of any plan to place common files on the website. If they do, they would most likely be located with the other CAD templates (http://www.trane.com/Commercial/Products/product-templates/CadUserCategorySelect.aspx?i=1154).

A word of warning to those of you looking for No-Hub fittings from Charlotte Pipe......don't expect much.

I haven't sampled the entire catalog....I stopped downloading them after seeing how poorly the elbows and tees work. If they can't get the simple (and most commonly used) fittings right, I'm not even wasting my time on the rest of them.

Autodesk Seek is a great resource. I'm finding a lot of manufacturer content there that I need. They have a written standard of how it must comply and I believe families are checked before being uploaded.
