cant open file

Has anyone seen this before and is there a way to "fix" the file? Trying to print something out quick and dont remember what changed from the last backup weeks ago.

Thanks Jeff, unfortunately my laptop that I was using caught a terrible virus and is at the doctors office getting repaired, so I was trying to open it from a different computer. So I couldnt find a temp file, I also tried to copy to my desktop to no avail. I will wait until my laptop gets back and giver a try then.
