Materials Library in Template

Hi there,

I'm looking at ways of improving our Revit template. The materials library seems to be a mess, as most materials have Default assigned for render appearance. I'd like to get a complete (or as good as) library in good shape, and save it as part of the template file, for new projects. Is this possible? Is it possible to download materials libraries, in case someone else has done the hard work?

It is certainly possible. If you have opened a project that already has a well-defined material library, you can copy those material settings by opening your template and using the "Transfer Project Standards" from the file menu.
