any way to force the eave of the roof that is against the circle down or up and leave the distant square roof edge aligned as is????

I don't really get the question. But, have you tried to draw multiple roofs? I had to do this workaround where I had a small hip roof connecting to a gable roof with an overhang.

put another way i want the ridge to be lower on one side of the roof then the other....i want the ridge to be lower on one side of the circle then actually flatten out

I don't see how that would be possible. The circular wall basically cuts a round hole through a regular gable roof w/ 2 slope-defining edges.
Any way you can hand-sketch and scan what you're asking?
