How did you create the bent guard rail on the little 2nd floor balcony?
Looks like a nice home in Florida. Now all you need is the gator and golfer.

relatively easy. Extrude closed polyline to mass element, 3d rotate to correct position. Make block, make railing style with that block inserted in the style
