Current Revision Date/Description on a Cover Sheet
Hello,
I currently have a cover sheet with two labels: one with the assigned parameter Current Revision Description and the other with the parameter Current Revision Date.

When I use the cover sheet in a project, the parameters don't 'report' to the labels I have created on the cover sheet even when I have the revision 'issued', Revisions on Sheet - Show in Revision Schedule checked and I even put a revision cloud on the sheet.

When I click on the cover sheet family in the project I get question marks.

What have I done wrong/what don't I understand?
I merely want the cover sheet to show the revision description & date as a label and have it update when I update the Sheet Issues/Revisions on the Sheet Composition tab.
Thanks in advance.
Re: Current Revision Date/Description on a Cover Sheet
You need to link the title block parameters to the shared parameters for the revision numbers.

First let me thank you for your quick reply - I was trying to solve this before a vacation and upon my return, I had to work on AutoCAD projects until now. I'm finally back on Revit standards.
Maybe I'm asking the wrong question.
I thought I set a label to show the data that is contained in the Sheet Issues/Revisions chart:

I didn't have to make a shared parameter for the label.
Here is the Label that I thought I linked to that data:

What am I missing? I expected the label to report the current revision date in the project but it doesn't - see images in my initial post.

Sorry for the late reply. It is working for me so I;m not sure why yours is not doing what you need.
Re: Current Revision Date/Description on a Cover Sheet
If the last revision isn't the "Current Revision" that's been assigned to that sheet you won't see it.
You need to make sure the sheet is revised.
The Current revision is the last revision for the sheet.
If there's no revision on the sheet, there's nothing to report.
