Extension Lines on Arc Length Dimension Always Perpendicular

Summary: The extension lines for an arc length dimension should always be perpendicular to the arc. Currently they are not on arcs under 90 degrees.

Description: I would like the arc length dimension command for arcs under 90 degrees to have perpendicular extension lines like it does for arcs over 90 degrees so it follows drafting standards.

How Used: I (and others I have talked to) would consider this a bug in the arc length dimension command. These dimensions must be exploded and modified so they look right and if the design is changed these must also be edited with difficulty instead of allowing the associativity to make the correction.
